The Tesco's HR team will face significant change management challenge which is Shed up to 1700 jobs in new management shake up. In this management want to remove HR, compliance and customer service roles in terms of cost cutting bid. This is the main issues which is faced by Tesco (Tesco to shed up to 1700 jobs in new management shake up,2018). The customers experience manager have responsibility to manage customer queries and provide the best treatment to customers. By removing both HR and customer experience manager form company than customers and company face problem which is decrease sales of products and services. Other hand, company is not recognize customers requirements. In order to face this problem here is recommended for Tesco to use Human relations management theory. This theory is to prove the importance of peoples for productivity. Human engagement is important for company growth because with the help of customers queries management is known about weak point and improvement area. With the help of this theory management is easily understood customers and employees needs and wants from company. Its is supportive for team for development and growth (Dhingra and et.al., 2016). With the help of this theory management of company is able to solve this problem by building human relation with other employees and attract talent and retain staff of company. Benefits of CSR projects. The Corporate social responsibility is highly beneficial for Tesco in terms of generating customer and employees relation in the absence of customers experience and HR manager. It is very important to link CSR policy with company strategy. Tesco have to work with CSR in order to improve quality of life of peoples in the local communities. With the help of this society is link with company for long term. Those are the benefit's society and future generations by Tesco's corporate social responsibility. Impact of Brexit. Brexit is give impact on UK economy which is an abbreviation for British exit refers by UK decisions (Pedersen and Neergaard, 2016). Yes, Brexit is impact to Tesco and their market shares. The Tesco super market sales various products like food and other grocery products. At the time of Brexit the prices of products are increased by government 1.1% on food products and 20% on food and drink industry. This give negative impact on Tesco customers because at this time prices of products are high and customers are not able to purchase those products. Brexit is gives impact on employment and labour rate of company. At the time of this, UK voted to leave EU, in these numbers of peoples are looking for jobs outsides the UK. In this case, Tesco lost their eligible and skill able employees from company. In that they have to hire new candidates for vacant post. At that time, the UK unemployment rate is increased by 6.5% by the recession which is loss equivalent. Other hand, the key challenge face by Tesco which fewer wastages and demand of healthy eating and plastic free packaging.
