Moreover, a lot of pressure has been faced by the business due to government policies as the licence for broadcast can never be issued for lifetime and requires time to time updating. Economic:BBC is a national foundation and a non-profit institution funded through licence fee. Due to cost-cutting in government expenditure, the BBC accepted to keep the licence fee at the current amount for some upcoming years. Disintegration of the company was known as a crucial factor for its survival. Social:As the UKbecame a leader of the digital rebellion it struggled to improve the superiority of living by fully connected and having social and cultural benefits to the peoplesof theBBC, not eliminatinganyone due tomonetarysituations. The consumer behaviour has also been changed. The consumers are completely becoming internet savvy by being actively present on social media sites and the BBC is reacting towards the same in a positive manner. The board of directors is still appointed by the government. BBC had to adjust its internal environmental culture according to the free trade. Influence of globalization on decision-making strategy of BBC BBC have been influence with globalization strategy and decision-making which implies stretching of economic, social and political activities across the global and include the events, activities and decision in one region of world for individual and community. While the globalization plays the three major roles like Channel Coordinating with globe time and space possible by creating the condition of globalization infrastructure forms social and culture relation with others in a new form. While the strategies which are followed by BBC by crossing the international borders in broadcasting, vertical integration by working with news agency to broadcast service provider, while horizontal integration by promoting on various marketing channels social media, communicating with customer. BBC also used to the strategy of commercialization from public service to commercial channels like euro-news (Serwornoo, 2019). Also, providing all type of news include business, travel, entertainment to interest information service. BBC should be taken as the major decision related to making the strategy related to rationalization which include different content, languages of communicating, making alliance with local channels and broadcasting groups to increase their market, more into religion approach should be increased by the BBC. Service providing by them through various online channels which can be operated from anywhere. While the BBC have strategic their decisions which by providing service to every country and spread across the globe. They create the proper channels and head offices in every country and connected to local providers for the better connection in countries. business news channel. BBC have come up with live broadcasting, syncing with two newsrooms at the same time, decision-making and production cycle and online availability of news have been increased. They created local, national and international newsroom and audience access with geographical level. However, the benefits of globalization to every industry which increase the effective decision-making and leadership. Customers have easy access to information and services offered globally. This help the company to know the need and wants of their customer. Making an international decision is not easy for any company, this can be interrupted with political and other factors and the company handle this factor by risk management principles. Globalization also increase the riskiness decision of company and face intense competition from global organizations in same industry and focused on diversify the operation market across the borders ton increase their market. Operate globally is the main strategic plan of any company to enter in foreign market in aim to grow and sustainable competitor advantages. Whereas, the most company fail to provide the expected competitive advantage (Wright, 2017). So, the company should analyse and make effective decision in international diversification strategy to avoid the failure as this market are very dynamic in nature. CONCLUSION It has been concluded in this study that BBC is an organization which served public benefits from various decades but have to make some essential changes in its construction to stay in competition with others. The increasing competition and strategies adopted by its competitor companies, BBC also have to adopt certain changes which can provide a profitable share in the market space. The association have to understand the internal and external factors which influences the overall business activities of BBC and act accordingly to get maximum utilization of those changes. The institution has to adapt changes for instance proposing programs on entertainment, shows for children’s etc. It will have to give attention on spreading its follower ship to a new section of customers. 8
