MAIN BODY Business function of organisation According to the view point of Kokemuller. N, 2016 it has been determine that organisational or business function is core procedure or set of activities that carried out in an department of company (What are organisational function?, 2016). There are some common function such as operations, marketing, finance, human resource and production. In addition to this, each and division play important role in working of business firm as well as provide assistance in accomplishing desired goals and objectives. Operation department of company make sure that each and every activity conduct in effectivemannerandresultinaccomplishingdesiredgoalsandobjectives(Business department, 2020). Respective division conduct each and every activity in such manner that goalsandobjectivesofcompanyhasbeenaccomplishbymakingcustomersatisfy effectually. Along with this, another business function is marketing which help an business firm in doing advertisement and promotion of there products and services (Elia, Massini and Narula, 2019). Attractive marketing practices help in grabbing attention of several people within more effective manner and increasing customer base of business firm. Marketing division also conduct market research for identifying competitors, customers needs and wants, taste and preferences. So, they will be able to make customer satisfy by fulfilling their need and wants in effective manner. Finance is the backbone of organisation and this division allocate funds for every division to conduct their operations and activities in better manner. Furthermore, finance division assess long term and short term capital requirement of company which is necessary for conducting daily activities of business (Cui, 2017). In other words it can be said that, finance department is obliged for accomplishing the organisational goals and objective by usingfinanceswisely.Anotherdivisionisproductioninthatproductsandservices manufacture by business firm as per the requirement of market are well as customers. Production division is important because they produce goods without this department it will be not easy for an organisation to fulfil customer needs. Human resource is one of the important division in an organisation because HR department perform several roles such as hiring employees, induction of new candidates, training of staff, welfare of employees and many more. This is known as one of important division because it manage each and every activity which has to be conduct in better manner.
Moreover, they play most important role in filling vacant place in organisation and ensure thatactivitiesincompanyareconductinginbettermanner.Alongwiththis,itis responsibility of HR manager to make sure that vacant position will get fulfil as per the requirement and skills of candidate will help in conducting operations in more effective manner and result in accomplishing desired goals (Cagle, Yılmaz and Doğru, 2020). Thus, it can be said that in an organisation there are several department and each of them play important role in working of business firm and achieving desired objectives.
