Bucks Phyz is one of the growing industries, a medium sized organisation that has been
gone through restructuring program since last two years. The restructuring program has been
taken place mainly in the sales team and operating environment of the industry. Besides this,
another considerable change has been taken place in the working force of the firm. Employees of
the firm have been shuffled and employees are now assigned with new tasks. Due to these
changes in the firm, it has been seen that there is redundancies in the functioning of the workers
and it has lead to blurred responsibilities (Johnson, 2016). Moreover, Bucks Phyz has recently
faced fraudulent activities in its accounts section leading to loss of revenue and deterioration in
its sales. Considering the fraudulent activities in the organisation, restructuring in the role of
operation of the employees and challenging operating environment for the Bucks Phyz, the
company has employed new accountant. This report is meant to analyze these various issues and
internal control of the firm to make it more productive.
