Australia is strategically placed to gain the advantagesof the increasing opportunities in the expanse. Ziptel Limited is one of thecompanies located in Subiaco, AustraliaHistorical background and locationZiptel limited was in earlier times known as Beyond Sportswear International before itchanged its name to Skywards Limited. It was founded in the year 2004. It has its headquartersin Subiaco, Australia. It is run and managed by a board of directors with Umberto Mendello asthe Chief Executive Officer. The ownership structure is as follows; the shareholders are the realowners of Ziptel. Institutional owners control the largest number of shares in the companyfollowed by Insider owners who are simply the managers but not real owners of company. Theyhold a stake of about 14% of the shares of the company. The General Public owners hold a stakeof 64% of the total number of share capital.
