Interview stakeholders.
This one of effective method of collecting user requirement. It involves make appointment with
stakeholder and given a date of interview. Then go for interviews.
The following steps has to be undertaken:
Preparation of question in details.
Meeting stakeholder for interview.
Ask questions and discussion of answers is made.
Obtain and discuss answers to the questions.
Documentation of interviewed answers.
Observing and documenting business procedures.
It is the process by which a system analysist look in details on how a company functions by analyzing
different documents used at company, work flow and different system used at company system analysist
can go ahead and look at software specification document and design documents to collect data.
