The major aim of every business organisationis to provide high quality services to their customers in order to satisfy their needs and wants.Firms are concern on marketing activities just to gain profit and establishing an effective imageof company at market place (Acosta and et. al., 2011). This is essential because, thisit helps ingetting the attention of large number of customers. SIS International research company which isthe global market research and intelligence company. The company is focused on hiring welleducated and skilled people in their firm in respect of sustaining growth and success forcompany for a long run. The efforts of employees are helpful in developing the actualperformance of company at market place. Product design and social trend plays most significantrole at market place (Page, 2013). The company is focuses on providing quantitate andqualitative data for conducting an effective research. As a most leading research company theyhave in very wide range of clients and customers. This is used by the researcher for takingproper assistants for their research work. This play most essential role in research work, thereare many designs are used by the researcher for conducting different type of research such asdescriptive, exploratory and experimental (Chandrasegaran and et. al., 2013). These all are helpsin providing most significant direction to carry out the research activities in a proper direction forthe purpose of completion of work in desired period of time. In the present research projectdescriptive research design has to be taken in order to collect most appropriate data andinformation for leading the research in a right direction. Research approachThis is widely used aspect in research work, there are two type of approaches areavailable which ate based on the type of research such as inductive and deductive searchesapproach. In the deductive approach new and innovative theories are developed with the help ofhypothesis and in inductive approach data has been gathered through conducting an effectiveobservation on existing figures and facts that are related with the research project. In the presentresearch project inductive approach has been used by the researcher because the research isbased on the qualitative research. This approach helps in generating reliable and accurate datafor carry out research activities. 6
