ABSTRACTLeadership refers as an effective process by which an administrator can influence anddirect the work of employees towards attainment of specific objective in a given situation.Development of effective leadership in hospitality industry is most essential to attract largenumber of customers by providing them quality service. Effective leadership will also supportthem to involve all employees in decision making process and gain better advantages withingiven time duration. Grosvenor House is a chosen hospitality industry that currently faced issueof poor customer service. In order to overcome this issue, company decide to conduct a researchand identify main reason of increasing such issue. For this, literature review have beencompleted by analysing point of view of different authors about the topic. Along with this,research methodology have been done with the questionnaire and different other methods such asresearch philosophy, design, strategic, approach etc. Therefore, aims and objectives of researchhave been achieved by researcher for analysing opinion of employees about the effectiveness ofleadership.
