Introduction
In the is third assessment of the project, the learning experiences gained by me while the
research study was conducted have been presented as a synopsis with intent of presenting its
efficiency and appropriateness besides, briefing the learning process for describing the objective
behind the study and learning
Week 1: evaluation of effectiveness
While undergoing the research project I have come across a wide range of learning activities
whose handling have eventually helped me in obtaining the profound acumen in better
comprehending the practicabilities that revolve around the relevance, awareness and the effects
of branding in the context of an eminent bank operating in Australia in comparison against other
banks who are indulged into little or zero branding. In addition, while conducting this research it
became evident that the current situation of the Australian banking sector is in the state of unrest.
Moreover, during this knowledge gaining program it was also found that for addressing these
challenges banks need to build a system maintaining compliance with the core nature of the
business. Also the pragmatic learning exposure acquired throughout the execution of the project
has further extended the limited scope of my understanding beyond classroom learning, which
undeniably is the best part of the learning process.
Week 2: usefulness of learning experience
The experience acquired by me while performing this research learning activity has turned to be
a significant knowledge gaining drive, which has played a key role in helping to apprehend the
importance of branding, its awareness and effects in the context of a banking industry and how it
relates with the society at large. Besides through this learning process I have gained detailed
understanding about the structural format and composition of research proposal and as a result of
that helping with the requisite elementary skills for the development of an adequate research
