INTRODUCTION
Topic of the interview is Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy Antecedents
As per the given article, the issue of the interview that is recognised is on the basis of
Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy antecedents. In ancient time, the business was handled and
managed at contrary level in comparison to actual business management. Hence, the primary
issue is to study the perspective of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy antecedents for the purpose of
evaluating real business management that can be associated with the factors of the organisation
which are concerned with the respective topic.
The overview of interview is associated with the conceptualisation of the unstructured
qualitative form along with the support of thematic analysis (Aithal and Aithal, 2018). The three
questions are framed within this project which could be asked by the respondent and are
conducted face-to-face in meeting. Such questions have three assorted themes that are related to
the case study which is given. Thus, this has included the theme in such a way that it will include
common perspectives as well as factors that are in relation to firm and individual antecedents
level. The aspects that influenced the choice of interview questions are covered in this project.
The reason behind it was the topics which are considered for interview were taken from given
article (Gamede and Uleanya, 2019). Some of theories are present in this project that are related
to Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy antecedents. Factors that are researched are on the basis of firm
as well as an individual antecedents level.
Rationale
The rationale of the unstructured qualitative interview which is conducted is that it
permits the participants for conducting face-to-face communication and it also provide assistance
in further in-depth discussion on the particular issue. The respondents are assisted to select their
own view while questions of interview were asked (Apte and Davis, 2019). This has supported
investigator for gaining the understanding of the actual sense of an individual. There are many
other justifications for selecting thematic analysis for existing given article and one of them is
that it is flexible in nature that helps in broader analytical alternatives. This has also helped in
developing personalised experiences in an effective and fast way.

Data Analysis
Within this present article, there is a construction of thematic analysis that consists of
following some of the steps. The initial step is to familiarise wherein investigator will analyse
relevant information and study regarding the concept of hypothesis. The next step is to code the
perspective wherein the researcher marks the significant phrases as well as statements that helps
in analysing the data in further period. Third step include generation of the themes and at this
step, the investigator detailed the codes through expanding them (Davies and Riach, 2018).
After the stage of theme generation, the next step is to review the themes in which the researcher
has made an analysis of the themes and also recognises the issues and complexities that are
concerned with this. Naming as well as defining of the theme comes under fifth step wherein the
themes are introduced by the investigator with appropriate names and definitions. The last step
includes writing out a theme in which investigator settles down along with the theme and also
ascertains the entire response of the interview that is conducted.
According to the present given article, thematic analysis is used at time of building
unstructured qualitative interview of three questions which are concerned with the topic and
issue of research (Husni, 2020). As per the questions, different themes will be developed and
after that their answers get analysed. This has also evaluated that respondents have only basic
information of Entrepreneurial self-efficacy antecedents together with those factors which are
related to firm as well as individual antecedents level.
Findings
Theme 1: Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Antecendents
Question1: What do you understand by the concept of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy antecedents?
Answer: As per my understanding, the concept of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy antecedents is
said to be the social cognitive theory that recognises the direction containing vicarious learning
as well as emotive state direction as well as social persuasion along with the mastery experience
that are based on judgement of the mental state of a single person (Kozinets, 2018).
Theme: 2 Antecedents of Individual Level
Question 2: Identify some of the fundamental factors that are concerned with the antecedents of
the individual level.

Answer: According to my knowledge, the factors of education and training as well as individual
differences together with the experience of working and presence of role models and mentors are
considered as some of the basic causes of antecedents of the individual level.
Theme: 3 Antecedents of firm and macro level
Question 3: List any of the fundamental factors of the antecedents of firm as well as macro level.
Answer: As per my knowledge, firm characteristics and the institutional environment as well as
cultural environment are referred to some of the fundamental causes of the antecedents of the
firm as well as macro level (McAvoy and Butler, 2018).
Reflection
I have undertaken interviewing process and the analysis of respective process is done by
formulation of three questions in an unstructured way (Donthu, Kumar and Pattnaik,
2020). This has been analysed with support of thematic analysis and is fundamentally
done through face-to-face mode by interacting with respondent.
Respective analysis relies on Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy antecedents and this topic
includes various factors which are having influence on firm and individual antecedents
level (Umar, Sasongko and Aguzman, 2018).
I have also faced issues at time of interviewing like participant having lack of knowledge
regarding topic and hence, it became an issue to collect proper opinions from them. I
have also faced problem in analysing because of accumulation of lack of information due
to lack of knowledge regarding topic.
Results quality is average which means inaccurate (Ellahi, 2018). There were drawbacks
of using the strategy of survey in the form of interview as it was cost ineffective and
consumes more time which led to biases having less anonymity.
There were also drawbacks of chosen analytical approach for existing research as it has
consumed more tome and also needed skilled as well as talented interviewer and also had
lack of reliability.
