consumer behaviour after facing major global pandemic impact. To analysis the negative impact
of covid-19 and make behavioural approaches in order to make effective approaches with some
suitable examples.
Aim:"To analysis the consumer behavioural approaches to improve effective marketing
condition after facing global pandemic. A case study on Barclays."
Objectives:
To understand the change in consumer behaviour owing to varying economic conditions
due to global pandemic.
To analyse the challenges faced by organisation in relation to change in behavioural
approaches of consumer.
To make effective marketing strategies to be used by organisation to overcome the
challenges.
Questions:
What do you mean by change in consumer behaviour to varying economic condition due

analysis of GDP, and make K-shaped recovery which are basically related to different aspect and
growth of pandemic and make effective approaches.
Challenges faced by organisation in relation to change in behavioural approaches of consumer
