This report is based on Marks and Spencer which is one of the leading British retailer which offers home products, food products and clothing to the customers which are of high quality. This research is based on the topic“To analyse the significance of employee motivation and its influence on performance of an organisation. A case study on Marks & Spencer”. It covers the aim and objectives of research along with research questions and a brief literature review on different themes. Apart from this, it also includes research methodology, sampling method, accessibility of data, ethical issues, resources required in study and significance of research. The second part of this business research project covers evaluation of the choices that are made in individual research plan. Research Aims/Objectives Research Aim The aim of this study is “To analyse the significance of employee motivation and its influence on performance of an organisation.
