in improving scholars experience of learning in Uber. It is very important to have the online

Human Resource department of various industries now change concept of providing internship
after COVID. Organisation emphasizes on building their own software which helps HRM to
deliver various types of programs to scholars. It decreases time and helps interns on anytime
taking classes for example: if a person fails to take training and development programs of
Human resource management time because of light shortage, net problems etc. then can take
help of recorded lectures. Corona virus has infected and targeted large population of world and it
becomes important that situation has to be tackling in effective way by government. Allowing
interns, new employees in organisation for training and development programs increase chances
of COVID as well as break the social distancing norms. It increases responsibility of Human

I personally feel that it is very important do you have the good understanding about flexible and
online learning practices. It is very important for the students to learn from flexible and online
learning practices so that they can learn anytime anywhere in every situation and they can get
more of the revisions for the learning they're doing and it can help them in understanding things
better. I feel that during the sessions it is one of the most important way which have made the
continuous in learning process and students very able to do their learnings through online
learning and flexible way of learning. It is important and it helped me in getting the objective
completed during my scholar experience Uber have provided me a good platform for flexible
learning and I realize that it also helped me in understanding the process and make me learn
better.I got a huge help from Uber learning and it helped me in developing my personal and
professional learning which helped me in getting scholar numbers in the exam. there are a lot of
ways in which the online learning can help and it also provide a flexible learning as, I used to go
for my sports class another sessions which I used to take in may day which was affecting my
learning programs and the online learning flexible learning of Uber help me in learning on
different timings as the flexible learning can be done in anywhere in any place.
I believe that it is very important to have flexible an online learning as it helps the student in
realizing the importance of time and it also provide student to learn different things and can
maintain her basic procedure of making a time plan and time management for the learning and

flexible learning platform and Uber is managing all the factors in the best way with quality and
