This report explain about the various aim and objective along with the literature review with
having the various author views. Also explain about the research methods that have been used
for making the research and finding from the sources.
Background
Pharmacy2U company is online business which located in UK. This involved the
electronic transfer from the perception of the UK. Along with this receive their medication by
postal delivery rather than packing with by person (György, 2018). Initially, content the internet
prescribing and wanted to know more about the various things which might be related to
company. Pharmacy2U was established by standards professional practice who work for
providing the pharmaceutical services through internet. While through in upcoming year
organization have make their large size of customer and make sure about their online services
effective manner. While this might be also important for taking the benefit from the various
social services and try to make huge customer.

Rationale
The main aim for selecting this topic is to take some of the major steps towards the small
and medium enterprises who might be having the loss through Covid-19 (Karmaker and et.al.,
2021). On other hand, for examined more about the implication towards the outbreak in UK for
which they can make their more strategies and make their business to be working while having
many term and policies. While this could be important for working on this topic and make sure
about the various strategies for that could help the small and medium enterprises. This could be
also important for taking the knowledge about the various polices and terms which have been
undertaken by the government.
CHPATER 2 : LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme 1: Aspects of business continuity affected by COVID-19 disruptions
According to Ashiru-Oredope and et.al., (2020), the pandemic of COVID-19 hit the
pharmaceutical company hard. This pandemic brought many changes in the healthcare delivery
due to the lockdown restrictions including the social and travel distancing, reductions in the
workforce capacity or the working hours etc. Pharmacists are considered as the key members in
the healthcare team for supporting and alleviating the burden to free up the medical staff so that
they can treat the un-well patients. When all the things were closed in the country, pharmacy was
the only thing which provided the services as the pharmacy teams were strategically positioned
in managing the pandemic and strengthening the response of the country towards COVID-19.
The pharmacy professional faced many problems especially due to remote working because of
the general anxiety regarding the impact of pandemic on their life and also they faced difficulties
in communicating with their co-workers. Furthermore, there were also issues with the internet
