ABSTARCT
This report has highlighted the Aims and objective in regards of the issue which is being faced
by Sainsbury in context of behaviour in equality and diversity. After that the report highlights
the Literature review related to the topic and also different methodology which has been used to
carry out research. After that the report has highlighted the different data collected which has
been conducted with the help of survey. In the end the report has highlighted the conclusion and
recommendation and also self reflection.

Aim and Objective
Aim: To identify different behaviours that support equality and diversity in pertaining to
retaining employees at workplace – A study on Sainsbury.
Objectives:
To understand the concept of equality and diversity.
To determine the significance of choosing the behaviour that support equality and
diversity at workplace.
To assess the practice which are required to manage the equality and diversity at
workplace through adapting different behaviours. To provide recommendation to the Sainsbury regarding adapting the best behaviour that
support the equality and diversity at workplace.
Research question:
How the concept of behaviour significant to support equality and diversity at workplace?
What are the practice that are required to manage the equality and diversity at
workplace through adapting different behaviours techniques?
Rationale
Maintaining good sort of the human resource in the organization is one of the most difficult
task in the long run, it is one of the biggest issue which is also faced by the Sainsbury in the
current scenario as well. For the same scholar has selected the topic, as with the help of the
research researcher will like to solve the different issue which is being faced by the scholar in
the long sun. The reasons behind conducting this research now is that lot of companies are
changing their behaviours to retaining the employees interest at work premises. Thus, it
is interesting to know the new practices or challenges which is adapted by the member to
