Financial statements: - All the expense, profit or loss amounts and expenditures are
mentioned in various statement or tools of accounting system such as; trading account, profit or
loss, balance sheet, ledger, journal entries which shows the overall usage of organisational funds
by employees. However, these tools are seen as one of the useful technique that is adopted by
financial department of Rolls-Royce in order to control probability of losses and mistakes.
Impact of digital technology on company performance
All these things are possible only due to usage of modern equipment by management of
an enterprise. It has been assessed that digital technology has a greater influence on
organisational performance in various manner which is described as follows:-
Establishment of goodwill: - Image is seen as one of indispensable factor for Rolls-
Royce due to their positive business relations with entire industries as well as suppliers. Thus, it
is essential to build an organisation goodwill at marketplace by acquiring trust or loyalty of
society.
Minimization of workload: - Implementation of advanced technology supports entire
staff members by minimizing their work pressure because it will safeguard their time or duration.

Research is very important part of investigation where they inquire about method ad
techniques which is assumed tremendous part in performing various actions and functions of
research in proper manner. In this, various information can be gathered for solving major issues
or problems that occurs within an organisation. In the current report, I used primary and
secondary sources which are helpful for an investigator while completing the investigation task
in better manner. Also I used secondary method which is used to leading the part of literature
review that help in analysing the view points of respondents and different ideas of publishers and
authors regarding report. Along with this, primary method is helpful for me in collecting and
gathering questionnaire which is one of the most accurate strategy which assemble the relevant
and powerful data for an investigation. Survey and questionnaire is the best technique which is
used by me in collecting data and information that are effective in finish all the work in better
way.
