Learning process is a very important part any business research as it provides
tremendous support for self-growth. Business research have a problem solving approach
which has helped me in having a systematic approach aiding to analyse the data better. The
experience from the whole process of business research has been an immensely
knowledgeable journey which included the business research that consisted of the three steps
such as task approval, literature review and the methodology of the research. During the
process of business research, I was exposed to the healthcare sector of Australia through
thorough involvement and specially emphasizing on the provisions for healthcare services for
aged people. The insights from the various sources during the process of approval of the task
have enabled me to get exposure of the health care sector along with that the impact of health
care polices was also learned from the process of reviewing the literature and the
methodology of the task. The experience from the whole process of learning including the
business research conducted on the effects of reducing the funding and the impact on the
people associated with it, gave tremendous support in building up my career as well as
providing the industrial exposure.
Learnings from the process has helped me in developing the knowledge and the part
of business research have enabled me to get valuable insights of health care sector that can
help in building up my future career along with the whole process of learning that have
enabled me in being analytical and take more problem solving approach. Topic approval and
literature review have made me analyse the points regarding the aspects of the funds on the

healthcare of the aged people. The analysed impact of the policies related to funding have
made me realize about making the decisions by keeping the adverse effects in the mind.
During the whole process of learning I observed the importance of thorough analysis of the
information to get to know about the influencing factors and influenced factors.
During the process of learning the business research about the impact of reducing the
funds for the care of aged people have given me the exposure to the sector of healthcare and
importance of strategizing the policies. The process has helped me learning various aspects of
the business research which includes defining the objectives, designing the research along
with analysing the different information in order to make decisions. This process of the
business research started with the approval of the task by analysing the several articles along
with reviewing literatures from several scholars which gave me insights about the effects of
curbing down the funds for the health care of old aged people. This have created an impact on
the aged peoples by influencing their quality of life and burden on the families of aged
individuals. Then the methodology of the task has evaluated the situation based on facts and
figures. The program has increased my management skills and made me analyse various
situations such as the problems created by reduction in fund for aged people.
The observations revealed about the detrimental effects of the curbing down the
funding for the aged care. The impact on the heath care sector and increase of burden on aged
people as well as the families of them have valued the importance of the policies in taking
care of the health care sector as well as the people associated with it. The business research

has made me realise about the importance of thorough research as it has made me aware of
the several effects that cutting down of the funding have. The research has given me the
immense insights of government decision to reduce fund, impact on the health care sector and
impact on the people associated with it.
The reason for getting the earlier assignments was to gain the exposure about the
sector of health care and to learn about the factors that can influence the sector as well as the
people associated with it. The assignments earlier were aimed at importance of assessing and
the assessment of the impact of the reduced funds for health of the aged people. The
hypothesis in earlier assignments were aimed to measure the detrimental impact on the sector
healthcare as well as among the aged people.
The learnings about the importance of the strategizing of the policies have been learnt
from the studies earlier which can help me to make policies or strategize any plan better by
considering the negative effects that the policy can have, which will help in improving the
decision making skills. The exposure to the health care sector will also help me to get
engaged in the competitive environment any industry.
