Abstract
The business world has seen tremendous changes in the past few years once it has
transformed itself owing to the proper implementation of an e-commerce platform owing to
the technical improvements, it is making it easier for the customers and also benefitting the
business organizations from every aspect irrespective of the industries. Thus, following
would be research to find out the possibility of finding the scope of online jewellery
businesses in the city of Dublin in Ireland for finding out its critical success factors. To go
through this particular study, the research would be conducted into several chapter. The first
chapter would include the Introduction of the entire undertaken study. This would comprise
of the background behind the study, the aims and objectives for the entire conducted study,
the questions framed out of the researches, the problem statement describing the problem that
the study is aiming at solving, the rationale behind the study, and the assumed research
hypothesis. The next chapter would encompass the Literature Review that would have the
review of various collected articles stating the same topic. This would have the findings
gathered from the study, the gaps identified in the literature and a chapter summary. This
would help in identifying the works done by previous researchers, establish the context, and
justify personal ideas. The next chapter would have the Research Methodology that would
describe the methodologies adapted to collect the data and further analyse them for
identifying the result of the study. The next chapter would comprise of the Data Analysis
Results that would analyse and justify the collected data. The last chapter would comprise of
the Conclusions and Recommendations section that would gather the findings and main
conclusions for the whole research work by connecting them to the research objectives and
finding out the recommendations and future scope of the study.

time. It is not just that the technological advancements have been affecting the lives of

gaining their tendency of transforming into e-businesses and promoting online shopping, has
been making the promotion of emerging technology flourish out even more. It has been found
that for this, the customers are also becoming more inclined for shopping online than
physically buying from stores. There are thus huge opportunities for businesses, even for the
jewellery industry, to establish their businesses online. This study would thus be performed to
find out the online selling capabilities and scope of the business if the Jewellery industry in
Dublin, Ireland are thinking of getting the business online.
Research Aims and Objectives
Aim: The aim of the research is to find out the proper ways by which the scope of the
online businesses can be found to be beneficial for the Jewellery industry in Dublin, Ireland,
so that the business organizations dealing with the selling of jewelleries can think about
transforming the business online and make the products available online for the customer to
buy through the web applications developed by the organizations.
Objectives: The objectives of the business research based on the topic of finding the
scope of online businesses for jewellery industry in Dublin, Ireland can be formulated as

To find out the benefits that online business provides to the already physically
established organizations running on traditional processes.
To find out at what extent does the resources of an organization are affected if
a business running on traditional processes wants to shift to online business.
