the labour, resources, and access to the market. Concluding this, the aim of the report is to
undertake the research on the theme which is “Should global businesses do more to help the
emerging economies to develop?. The research paper is based on the themes of Global business
and Emerging economies. It includes different view of research about global business and their
contribution through effective CSR in emerging nations. The research is supported with three
companies that include Unilever, Nike, and Nestle.

2017, most of the companies from their business in developing economies in order to attain the
high revenue from the market which means that they want to exploit the resources and are not
thinking for the welfare of countries like India, china and many others. In the new markets, they
get the cheap labour, easy resources and many other elements due to which they can gain the

bring the society development. The company has performed the three major goals that include
improving the health and well-being, reducing the impact on environment, and improving the
livelihood.

companies who bring the projects through which thy can bring develop. This has been found that
for enhancing the livelihoods in India company introduced project Shakti. The project Shakti is
