Author’s nameReport Title (shorten if necessary)Abstract / Executive SummaryThis project report is on the recruitment and selection process of the Emirate Airlines for thecadets. The whole report aims to analyse the whole recruitment process including all themedical and aptitude tests that are there in the selection process of the cadets, in order toevaluate the effectiveness of the process. Necessary literature related to the humanresources and their selection process have been done have been reviewed in order to gaininformation on the past research done on similar topics.Online surveys have been utilised for doing research and to gather necessary data for theresearch. Questionnaire was designed to analyse the effectiveness of the recruitmentprocess of the cadets regarding the time, instructions given during the process and speed ofreply form EK and sample size for the study was 30. Six point rating scale have been utilisedin the questionnaire. All the respondents who have participated in the survey are cadets inthe Emirate Airline.Recommendations have been given to the organisation based on the research findings. Ithave been founded that cadets who are recruited for the training program in the organization,they are quite content with the recruitment process.It can also be concluded form theanalysis that, recruitment process of the cadets in the Emirates Airlines is quite lengthy.Emirate Airlines need to improve and reduce unnecessary steps in the recruitment processso that the process can become more effective and efficient.Unit 8: HND Business (Management) Business Project 2017Page3of26

Top level management and other senior employees have to deal with theissue of retention of employees, and retaining the talented employees is serious issueconcerning the managers, in the dynamic and increasing employee turnover. This sectionrepresents why there is need to conduct a study for the evaluation of effectiveness of therecruitment process of the Emirates Airlines. Objectives for the study have also beendiscussed in this section of the project.1.1Background to the ProjectThe project will study the recruitment and selection process for cadets in the Emirate Airlines.All the aspects of the organisation have impact on the job satisfaction and employee moraleand motivation. Thus it is necessary to study the aspects which can affect the overall jobsatisfaction of the employees in the organisation.The Emirates Airlines is mindful of the changes in demographics as structure of populationby numbers, areas, luxuriousness and age which may have a significant bearing over theinterest in specific or general administrations. After this data collection have been doneby utilising the survey method, following which analysis and interpretation have been donefor the data gathered through the survey. In the end recommendations have been made bywhich company can improve the recruitment process.2.Methodology2.1Research MethodologyThe quantitative technique to collect the data is used for generating outcomes whichare easy to summarize, compare and generalize data collection is done by usingprimary and secondary methods.2.2 Secondary Research.A lot of information is collected by making use of online journals, articles, researchpapers, dissertations, research reports, newspaper articles, journals, and books.2.3 Primary ResearchQuestionnaires were developed online for the research survey for customers andbusiness and sent via mail to respected participant.2.4 Primary Research Data Collection PlanOnline questionnaires were designed for the research to obtain the data fromselected sample that was developed by making use of service of google Form.
