While working in team, I identified several events which were arranged by leader and to
demonstrate the path to achievement of success and growth. These events are discussed beneath:-
Leadership conferences: Hereby, the leaders from a range of companies came and
demonstrated their thoughts over the subject matter. Hereby, I discussed about simulation and
related facets. The leaders from simulated environments participated in this event and shared
their overall experience related to team management. Attending this conference helped me in
developing my confidence level along with motivation to perform more productively.
Communication workshop: Hereby, a number of experts from simulated environments
shared their views and opinions. This exposed me and the group to the opportunity of setting

But due to the heavy demand an improper resource and management skills they are not
able to fulfil the demand of their customers thus it will negatively impact on the goodwill
and brand value of the organization. For remove the issue they need to observe the
