According to the obtained details and conversation, it is also very important and relevant to
focus on how well the Yelb Company’s teams have applied the approaches and ideas explored
with their roles that contribute to positive outcomes as well as some negative associated factors
with the operations.
In the application of Tuckman's Team Development Theory, the very first stage that is
forming that indicates members of the team of Yelb Company would've been aware of each other
(Trabona and et.al, 2019). All members are equipped with sufficient information about the
person of the team. A group meeting is held which allowed all members of the community to
truly understand one another and know about something for each other. Application of the
storming period, in which we all were involved when debating the mission and activities that
we'll need to follow and the tactics that are necessary for anyone to follow to complete work as a

team. As a productive leader, I have offered my thoughts to complete the mission entrusted to us
by the team leaders as a group of a few differences and compromises worldwide. In the norming
process, where the roles and duties all allocated are focused on individual expertise, ability
and capabilities. In the level of performance, group member is actually executing the whole role
allocated to us and the simulation was running smoothly with the help of their results. In the final
phase, which is adjourning where we all admired the leadership to work together as a team and
take good understanding to complete the task delegated to us as a team.
In application of leadership theories, as the leader's position was not adequately explained
and established by the team members that I was a part of it (Yang and et.al, 2018). Furthermore
the types of leadership were evaluated based on the unique benefits and drawbacks that they
offer for us as a group and as a person. The situational leadership style was used by us due to the
study and evaluation of the strengths and disadvantages involved with the leadership styles.
In an application of decision making theories, it was often very weak and not as a team as
it results in improved judgments if the decision made on the basis of circumstance. Leaders need
to present moment was ignored at the moment of such disputes that occur amongst team
members.
Discussion
On the basis of above argument, it has been analysed that serving as a team member of a
group is stressful and crucial experience. As per me, there already is a great deal of scope for
change and progress as regards personal growth. I learnt many lessons when working in a group
and it was a wonderful experience because it was discovered that interacting with more
professionals is easier than working independently. The possible explanation behind everything
is being a team member that it is very advantageous for a person to understand multiple activities
at the professional and personal level. I've learned a lot from my team members because each of
us has different abilities, expertise, knowledge, skills and responsibilities that show us all what
requires to be in various situations. I have since realised the significance of working and
communicating on the entire job at an interpersonal basis, rather than doing all the tasks on my
own.
Recommendations for practice and research
There are several advices and ideas for the team members as well as for the business.
Within the sense of myself and my potential solutions to team work, I will make effective use of

the various theories, principles and activities listed above (Yudina, 2018). Since these new tactics
and concepts provide a foundation for the formulation of suitable decisions, both as a member of
the team and as a person. In addition to achieving the efficacy of the specific tasks and acts
carried out by the staff, I will ensure that the leadership models and the manager are followed for
the staff which is accountable for the sole duty of leading and directing the team to achieve the
success or provide right path. It is recommended that, Yelb Company must adopt a
diversification strategy for long term sustainability in the market and focus on several rivals
who are reachable with similar offers carrying more authority over it. By maintaining a
competitive advantage and contributing value to profitability, the diversification approach would
allow the Yelb Company to become a leading company of Smartphone industry.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above discussion it has been concluded that there are several respects
industrial training which can be used by the organization to improve overall employees or
operational performance. That's because implementing business simulation games would help
to develop effective marketing campaigns to improve the productivity of the global enterprise.
Often, learners can gain a better awareness of common concepts, and thereby maintain an
atmosphere for learning. Simulation games have an impact on critical parts of competitive,
cooperative and judgment-making including reactions. This leads to an increase in customer
outcomes not just for the business but also for respondents. Then they'll get a chance to fully
develop critical skills and competencies. Team members were conducted simulations to
communicate and achieve the optimal result once again. It was as though that they have the
ability to interact and comprehend several things from each other and this is not possible by
knowing anything about a specific system or reality. In addition, decisions must be made with
very little risk at all but this is also because this money allocated in a simulation game is
restricted. Business games could also be incorporated by companies all across their structure to
greatly increase productivity as well as profit margins and gain a competitive advantage.
