company. There were many negative feedbacks that has been given by customers for the services
and products that are provided by it. Most of the complaints that are made by clients are related
to the foods that they offer and along with that poor services. Following are some of the
feedbacks that are provided by consumers of this restaurant-
One of the customers name, Edna stated that company is not at all concern about clients.

At present customers of Moussaka Zone restaurant are very must disturbed by services of
company. There were many negative feedbacks that has been given by customers for the services

feedbacks that are provided by consumers of this restaurant-

satisfied with the effort of firm as because they are not treating them as their priority. She denied
to visit Greek restaurant again and advising others to not go as there are better options in market.
Most of the reviews of customers states that food products are not been offered by
company. Along with that prices are very high as if it is trapping any tourist. Service is very
pathetic as it let customers wait for long and serves only 4 chips and with that few soft drinks but
the bill was very shocking as it very very costly.
Clients also said that servers don't even felt ashamed as they have offered a burnt lamp. It
didn't look burnt but while eating it tasted like coal. They are very much disappointed with what
company is doing to their customers. Earning has become only motive of Moussaka Zone, rather
than serving qualitative foods to customers. Not a single offered product was satisfying needs of
customers.
Foods that are offered by restaurants are not prepared on same time, they offer old and
unhygienic products that can be very bad as health issues can take place also with this company's
image is going down and bad. Customers are priority as they are the one who will support a firm
to get stable in market. Customers are not at all getting satisfaction from any of the services that
are offered to them.
Waiters are also not much qualified at their part for their services, they are very poorly
carrying out their work. They don't greet well to who so ever is visiting there. There motive is
just to do their work as they could, no effective and appropriate approaches are used by them and
no efforts are put by management as well as employees of the cited restaurant. Hot foods are
served cold like ice, potatoes are presented with lots of lemon juice on top of it which become
very difficult for clients to eat as it become very sour in taste. These are the services that are
provided by Moussaka Zone to customers that are very bad and not expectable.
Overall experience of customers are very bad. They feel that visiting the restaurant is a
waste of time and money. They had very negative and bad time altogether here as they wasted
