These skills are an essential part as because this will assist one to get success in life also with this

At recent time, clients of Moussaka Zone restaurant are extremely suffering by the
services that has been provided by company to them. There were many negative reviews that has
been given by clients for the administrations and items that are given by it. A large portion of the
complaints wrong views are made by customers are all about the sustenance that they offer are
not at all good and alongside that services are also very poor . Following are the criticisms that
are given by users of the Moussaka Zone restaurant-
One of the client name, Edna expressed that organization is not in any manner worrying
about customers. She likewise specified that for 40 minutes she waited as servers forget the
request that she had made. She additionally said that nature of food was terrible and cost was
high. She is not in the slightest degree happy with the effort of firm as in light of the fact that
they are not regarding them as their need (Gardiner, 2012). She denied to visit Greek restaurant
again and encouraging others to not go as there are better alternatives in market. Through
receiving feedback from customers companies are able to identify their strength and weakness
which are helpful for them to maintain their performance and work quality as well.
The majority of the audits of clients expresses that eatable items are not been offered by
organization. The prices set by company is very high it seems like they are trapping visitors or
tourist from some other places. Services is exceptionally terrible as it let clients sit for long and

prices are very high and services compared to that is very bad.
Customers likewise said that servers don't feel embarrassed as they have offered a burnt

also very badly performing their task. Hot foods are served cool like ice, potatoes are given

middle and lower level class people. The services that has been served by company is very
pathetic and poor. Once anybody will have the experience will not wish to visit the same place
again. Many clients have admitted that they after availing the services of Moussaka Zone
restaurant they never visited the place and are also suggested others to not to go this place.

product and services that will be offered by company (Jamison, 2010).
Suggestions for the company
It is very essential for Moussaka Zone restaurant to plan out a new structure, norms rules
and regulations also has to be imparted in a new manner so that it can be able to perform more
effective manner. Employees especially the servers has to be provided training sessions so that
they can be able to serve the clients appropriately. The most important role is been played by the
employees and the people who are working in the fir. Hence it is very essential for the
management to make them aware about the culture and knowledge to treat the clients who so
ever is visiting the place.
Company need to focus upon the requirement of the clients as because they are the
people who will uplift or make the company fall down in market. Pleasing them is the prior duty
that has to be don e by the company. The firm has to do a routine follow up by the clients so that
they can cover up all the negative aspects of the business, this will also help in serving more
appropriately (David and David, 2011). Company need to consider about the food and services
that are offered to them as because this will help in maintaining the image of the company as
well and more customers will get attracted towards the services.
