A person living on the planet is multiplying and the main level of consumption that is creating vast changes in the environment. Around the globe, our demands on environment and world wildlife are unsustainable and we need 1.5 earths to consume the natural resources that we are currently using. Question- 2 Intellectual capital is basically knowledgably group of assets that helps and an organisationandimprovescompetitivepositionbycontributingvaluesthatdefines stakeholders.A value of business which is intangible and that covers human capital, intellectual property, the values which are relating to relational capital and the last is when employees left everything as structured capital. There are so many measures as internal process, learning and growth, financial and customer measures they systems are needed to implement it. The generic models of intellectual measurement as scorecards, performance prism and knowledge based assets approach. Human capital helps to builds skills, individual knowledge and they are composed of several values and habits of the people in the organisation. The individual or group with high level of experience has capabilities of influencing others. Social capital always appears in the communities that enhances the social networks like family and neighbourhoods. Question- 4 Stakeholder theory was described by Edward Freeman; it suggests that shareholders are one of the biggest stakeholders in the structure of the business. They are those groups without there support the organisation would cease to exist. There are groups of local communities, government groups and many financial institutions. In local shopping centre, there is communication between all its stakeholders, customers, consumers and suppliers of the retail shop for the effective business to grow with the help of stakeholders.
