The comparison of the business strategies of the iPhone and the Android gives useful insights
about the strategic business management in the present times. The aim of the following work
is to shed light on the above differences.

From the point of view of the business models, the companies of both the software are
constantly engaged in the modification and the convergence of the business models and
accordingly the products to maintain their global reach and the consumer needs. The key
difference between both from the point of view of the business is that while Apple has
engaged in the targeting of the premium users only, the Android products come in the various
range from premium usage to economic usage models and are aimed at covering the needs of
the middle class users globally. It is important to note that the Android phones come in
various shapes and sizes and wide range of features in different sets. In comparison to this,
the business strategy of the Apple is limited to a few models which are similar in the build,
looks and the features.
The yet other business strategy is regarding the control of the security and safety of the
phones. The Apple is in the control of the entire ecosystem which is comprised of the
