1. Introduction
The report helps in analyzing the external and internal environment analysis which
will be beneficial in understanding the different opportunities and threats which can be faced
by the organization. The growth-related opportunities along with the market opportunity of
the company in China is required to be analyzed appropriately. In the present scenario, it can
be explained that the business of WRSX is experiencing a range of strategic issues that
prevent the growth as well as stability of the respective company. In the current scenario,
WRSX is not in a position to apprehend the different opportunities of the environment.
Therespective report aims to develop a comprehensive business analysis report to
understandsuch aspects.
WRSX group is one of the global advertising along with communication
organizations which was found fifteen years ago wherein it was done with the help of the
merger of three agencies. The company sell different products along with services to the
different business clients around the entire world and is headquartered in Paris, New York
and Singapore. The mission of the company is become the top agencies in the market with
worldwide existence through the help of the organic growth along with reduction of cost and
buying various undersized professional competitors who are present in the market as well
(WRSX Global Advertising & Marketing 2015).

Attracted global clients in the entire world due to the award-winning work which is
performed by them appropriately. Moreover, WRSX has scored highly on the market
research capability which is innovative, and they have scored high on the creative aspects as
well (Woerner and Wixom 2015).
From the different surveys, it can be identified that WRSX has scored high in terms of
ethical stance along with their social profile which has resulted in positive contribution
towards corporate social responsibility related activities as well (Wirtz et al. 2016).
Lastly, it is considered the most diverse advertising agency that can prove to be
beneficial in enhancing the overall image of the organization.
Weaknesses
In case of procurement as well as supplier management, WRSX performs in the worst
manner in managing the overall buying of the production, and there is no such positive
relationship with the suppliers present in the market as well (Vidgen, Shaw and Grant 2017).
The administration of financial risk has dropped to the below average due to the sustained
kind of investment which is done through proper acquisitions in recent years.
Furthermore, there is high turnover among the different laborers who are present in
the market that is affecting the overall growth of the company negatively (Soltanizadeh et al.
2016). Moreover, there is an inclusion of issues related to corporate governance, and the
share price of the company is performing in a low manner that is affecting the overall
effectiveness of the company.
WRSX is the respective company which is considered as below average in regards to
the different entrepreneurial capability as well as managementof the growth which is organic
and it is not considered as the most effective player in comparison to other organizations
