INTRODUCTION

shall mechanism that is brought forth with respect to regulations and rules that are enacted by the
government is highlighted. Since the organisation is put forth into operation in the United
Kingdom therefore it will have to undergo several regulations like that of abiding by the taxation
policies and the sudden change of government policies.
Economic factors: there are several economic factors that would obviously contribute towards
being the barriers for organisation. In this regard taxation and rate of exchange are also the
variable criteria that would often deal with the organisation policy. Since the company is a
consultation form for it to run on a safe and secured basis it will have to undergo several taxation

Social factors: several believes and the identifiable measures that are portrayed upon the
community and circumstances would often come under the social factors. These social factors of
the pace of the organisation because it is the businesses and the customers that are often
important for a consultation firm to be characterized. Dealing with the possibility of consultation
the ethical considerations would often fall in regard to the organisation and these formulations

Technological factors: technologies for ever in the verge of development and therefore it is
always essential for the organisations to go in terms of profitable means by inculcating
technology. It is also one of the digital formats that helps several issues to be solved in the
society and therefore the presence of the company can be known to many people around. The
