INTRODUCTIONBusiness strategy is a management function which can bereferred the some set ofdecisive actionsthat which helps to assist the businessman or entrepreneur to achieve the setorganizational objective and toposition of the as compared to its competition.Present study isbased on the Vodafone company which is UK based telecommunication service provider. It isthe part of Vodafone group and world's second largest mobile network operator company as of inDecember 2018 Vodafone UK has 17.2 million subscribers and third largest mobiletelecommunication network nationally (Vodafone United Kingdom, 2017).This report will helpto understand the impact of macro environment factors on the organization and its strategy.Report will also explain the internal environment of the organisation and its capabilities byidentifying the strength and weaknesses. Further more this will include the outcomes of theorganisation from the market byapplying Porter's five forces model.And last this report willdescribe understanding and interpretation of strategic directionsby applying appropriate models,theory and concepts.1
