Executive summary:The research has presented a prospect of the business strategy through PPT presentation in Task1, which has given an introduction of the importance of business strategy and also haveintroduced the organisation of Volkswagen Group. The presentation has focused on the processof strategic planning in order to understand the business strategy of Volkswagen AG. In it anaccount of strategy planning and the factors on strategy planning has been also mentioned.Objectives of strategic change and effects of technology have also been enlisted in thepresentation.Task 2 has focused on the changed strategic business on the organisation of Volkswagen AGwith an introduction on the topic, a business strategy on the organisation along with a changedbusiness strategy and the implementation of it.
