Executive Summary
The intent of this report is to present the business strategy plan for WRSX Group, which is of
the global player in the communication and advertisement segment. The paper is comprised
of detailed internal and external analysis of the company in order to identify its key
competencies and weakness that could have a major impact on its growth strategies. The
paper has presented two different market opportunities for the company to identify whether a
company is capable enough or not to cover the market opportunity. Considering the market
development opportunity in China, WRSX can cover the market growth of the Chinese
market and successfully offer its services to different clients because the advertising segment
of China is growing at a fast pace. On the other hand, the opportunity to involve in the digital
media advertising segment can also offer the company the chance to offer diverse services to
clients with the help of internet-based and technology-based solutions. Both the opportunities
have been evaluated in the report with the help of SAFe framework.

Internal Environment Analysis of WRSX Group
WRSX Group is the international communication and advertising company, which was
established in the market 15 years ago by the merger of three agencies. The company is
involved in vending its services to business clients across the globe. Headquarter of the
business is established in London, Singapore, Paris, and New York. However, it has been
observed that the company is dealing with a number of strategic issues, which is resulting in
limiting its growth and stability (Watson, 2019).
SWOT Analysis
SWOT Analysis is the tool that is used by the business to analyse the competitive position of
the business in the market and in turn to develop strategic planning. SWOT Analysis helps in
identifying the internal as well as external factors that have the capability to impact the
operations and sales of the company (Yuan, 2013).
Strength
Leadership Capabilities
Few of the offices of WRSX Group are working good operations in the market due to
effective leadership capabilities inherent by few of the skilled and talented staff. The
leadership capabilities of the top management of the company motivate employees to sustain
in the business for longer years and motivate investors to trust the management and invest
funds into the business for the growth (Robinson, 2010).

WRSX Group has good experience in the marketing field due to investing 15 years in the
industry of creativity. In addition to this, the company has a loyal customer group, who are

business to expand its operations in different markets with increasing growth in the
advertisement and communication industry (Lee, Lee and Wu, 2011).

Lacks in Print and Television Business
WRSX Group is presenting operating in the advertisement business, however, it lacks in
expanding its business in the print and television business.
Skilled Staff
The company also lacks a skilled employee who can work and present innovations for the
business. It is one of the pitfalls of the company, as the human resource department of the
company is unable to grab and attract skilled and innovative staff through their compensation
and incentive plans (Novitskaya and Brewster, 2016).
Advanced Technology
WRSX Group is not incorporated with advanced technology due to which it is dealing with
competition from advanced and smart businesses.
Opportunities
Expansion in Different market

Presently, in the communication and advertisement industry, there are very limited players
who are working at global level, which offers the chance to WRSX Group to expand its
business across the work in different emerging markets like India, China, etc. (Leiss, Kline
and Botterill, 2013)
Diversified Segment
WRSX Group must work on expanding its business operations in different and innovative
segments that are present in the eyes of different investors like Digital technology. The
company must get involved in this segment in order to have increased growth and overcome
all the challenges it is dealing, with the help of its long marketing experience.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Today, every business is focusing on its CSR activities in order to be in the eyes of society as
a sustainable business, which offers the advantage of the quick growth of the business
(Rahim, Jalaludin and Tajuddin, 2011). WSRX Group must get involved in the CSR activities
by working on the marketing campaigns related to non-corruption, carbon footprint,
sustainability, etc.
Threats
Competition
There are a number of small and medium businesses that are trying to identify the demand of
the customers to cover their local market. This raises a threat in front of global players who
are trying to expand in different zones to offer their services as space is already being covered
by other business.
