Further, an overall quantum equivalent to 86% are of the belief that they can consider the option of leaving a workplace where the entity's CSR initiatives are no longer able to fulfil their expectations. Owing to the increasing awareness among millennials in today's modern society, it is not sufficient for companies to just appear as being socially ethical when in reality, they are not. It is essential for businesses to now realise the importance of strong team ethos in order to gain the attention of the millennials. It is significant that the organisation drives the workforce towards the achievement of company's vision as this is the key to derive satisfaction from shareholders. This motivation can be given by making the employees realise that they operating for a good cause and significantly contributing towards the welfare of society. TASK 5 As per the survey conducted by over 350 Artificial Intelligence researchers, there is 50% probability that by the end of the upcoming 45 years, machines will have the potential to perform better than humans in all aspects of life and business. As per the views of respondents, all of the humanjobs will be automated by the end of next 120 years (AI and the Future of Work Video Now Available,2019). In the future course of time, machines will have the potential to write essays, translate language, drive vehicles, write books, work within retail market etc. Artificial Intelligence will be able to replace humans in every field.
