Abstract
Telecommunication is one of the crucial tools in today’s business. Significantly, it helps to
initiate the communication among the customer and the organization that enhances the sales of
an organization and enriches the services delivered to the customer. Therefore in any
organization business telecommunication management is very important and enhances the
growth of market. The project described below includes the examination of 2 different
organizations that are Telstra Corporation Limited and Ocean Broadband Ltd. Telstra
Corporation Limited is one of the largest companies delivering services of telecommunication in
Australia having nearly 5000 staff workforce. Whereas Ocean Broadband Ltd is a company that
provides services related to telecommunication and several hosted data having nearly a staff of
less than 500 people. The report below emphasize on the business telecommunication
management among these provided organization.

growth. A well-developed system is required or is necessary for enriching the communication
both outside and inside of any organization. The project mainly emphasizes on the examination
of business telecommunication management among Telstra Corporation Limited and Ocean
Broadband Ltd. Telstra Corporation Limited is one of the largest companies delivering services
of telecommunication in Australia. It was established in 1975 having its headquarters in
Melbourne, Australia. The company in Australia provides mobile services to 16.9 million
subscribers. It mainly provides third generation (3G) telecom services to Australian customers,
fourth generation (4G) is also provided. It offers several services including roaming, texting,
prepaid, mobile voice along with services of mobile tablets, broadband and phones. The
company has over 5000 staff members, 16 million customers and over $26607 million generated
annual revenue. This company provides better and good services to customers at very affordable
prices.

based communication services to many residents and few sectors of business. It was established
in 2004 having its headquarters in Western Australia, Australia. Considerably, this company
owns a VoIP network that is “voice over internet protocol” in Australia. The types of industries
to which this organization provide services are website hosting, telecommunication, and internet-
based services and service providers of the internet. The company has staff members less than
500 and over $2.4 million generated annual revenue. This company provides better and good
services to customers at very affordable prices. It is the fastest growing company in Australia
providing better revenues.
