INTRODUCTION
One of the most important and major aim of the aid is development of goals and
objectives that helps in removing poverty from the country. The main aim of project is that one
key way through which poverty can be removed from the country is by helping poor. This can be
conducted by providing various measures through which they can earn more in labour market.
The main aim of this assignment is to lay emphasis upon the aid projects that are designed to
help the poor in establishing and improving there business, the problems associated with these
strategies and some alternative strategies.
MAIN BODY
Many aid projects are designed to help the poor establish or improve a business. What are
some of the problems with these strategies? What are some alternative strategies for
poverty relief? Explain one or more alternative strategies. Are there examples of aid
projects that are moving in this direction?
Aid project initiates the direct participation of the donors in the implementation of the
development project. Along with supported budget, those donors support through the recipient
governmental budget. Poverty is the major drawback of any developing country; thus, the
government and various other organisations of the country should come together and took a step
forward in removing the poverty from the country (Association for India's Development,2016).
As they are the ruling body of the country, they can support various kinds of the social
organisations that take initiatives in removing poverty from the country. Poverty is very huge
and broad concept as it involves various kinds of other concepts within it. Aid projects are the
initiatives that are taken by the group of the organisation who come together in order to fight
with the major drawback of the society. Thus, aim of some aid project is to lay emphasis upon
refreshing private sector of the country. The main motive of private sector companies is to bring
profits and that's the reason the wages provided by them to their labours is very low, there should
be norms which provide guidelines that helps both organisation and the employees working in it
with various kinds of the benefits.(Crost, 2014).
The main reason behind poverty is lack of information, education, rights and knowledge.
There is so much misleading information is available regarding the poor people and their
capacity to labour; there are various kinds of work that can be done by the poor people other
than this. The potential and capacity of poor people is equal to the other individuals of the
society. Their are number of cases in which it has been seen that the wages provided to the
