INTRODUCTION Business is wider and broader which is to carried out in effective manner in order to achieve goals. Growth & development are two important things which are focused individual. Main aim of this essay is to understand the importance of development of business & increasing professionalism. Professional development is to be defined as process of increasing & enhancing the skills as well as ability by gaining professional achievements(Ericson, 2017).This essay comprises of professional development plan & reflection on development of business. MAIN BODY SWOT Analysis- It is type of tool which is used to examine the internal capabilities to achieve objectives within period of time. It is beneficial to use this tool as it helps in accessing to individual strength, weakness, opportunity & threat(Erlyana, 2017).This SWOT analysis is based on my own personality as I am planning to develop my own brand in market. So, it is explained as follows- Strength- My main strength is that I have ability to solve problems of others in simpler manner. With help of this skill my thinking skills has been also improved at higher scale. Another strength is thatas I am from both technical and non-technical background I am able to manage activities and work in effective manner. This shows my level of confidence in professional development. Further, I have expandable relevant field knowledge which gives an opportunity to perform at marketplace appropriately. Weakness- My weakness is that it is difficult for me to deal with uncertain situations & high degree of risk as due to fear of failure. This limits my potentiality in the field. Another weakness of of me is that my presentations skills are not good which also makes it difficult for me to carry out my business plan appropriately. This is because in developing of own brand, it is necessary to have a good presentations skills to connect to target audience. Opportunity With this ongoing era of digital business, I have opportunity to improve my abilities by accessing to online seminars & webinars. Also, with adaption of digital as well as social media tools it will be easy for me to develop my brand in most effective way. Threat
Biggestthreat which will impact on me and my brand is COVID 19 situation. This is because due to occur of this pandemic situation, it is negatively affecting my business ides as well as plan as due to this it can impact on financial resources. Briefly outline how you might construct a future you and ways in which in you will sell brand to the marketplace It is essential for me to be aware about about my future development goals so that activities are carried out accordingly. I will be constructing my own future by accessing to SMART objectives as they will help in analysing of my goals at all aspects. So, these objectives are further described as follows- SMART Objectives Specific- This element shows that it is crucial to access to a specific career or personal goal(Focho, 2018).For example- my specific goal is to develop my own brand & become a successful entrepreneur. Being specific is essential as it help in clearing mind set of individual. Measurable- It is another element of SMART objectives which assist in measurement of a specific goal. It is important to focus on criteria on basis of progress is being measured(Girotra, 2019).For example- I will measure my goal by determining number of visitors to my brand website or people asking more information about brand through both online & offline. Achievable- In this component, it shows that it is necessary to analyse or identify whether goal is achievable or not. Through properly examining this attainable ratio, it assist in elimination of risk in future period of time. For example- I have enough resources & capabilities to fulfil my goal of building brand & becoming entrepreneur. It is also a achievable goal. Realistic- It is important for individual to set an smart goal in such a way that it is realistic in nature. Also, If a goal is non realistic it will create problems. For example- I am planing to launch my brand within six months & expecting to gain sales ratio of 10 percent within one month which is realistic in nature. Time Bound- When planning for future goals, it is important to carry out every activity on time period. Time bound is crucial to be focused so that it is easier for me to achieve the set objectives within time period. For example- my business idea is on track and I will launch my brand on 14 February, 2021. It is critically important to have time period so that decisions are made accordingly.

There are different ways through which brand will be sold to marketplace & are described as follows- Selling on e-commerce platforms-In this digital era, use of internet has increased the scope of business to carry out their activities online. Office where I was doing my internship was having a positive environment & friendly atmosphere. There was a project submission weak and I was very casual at that time. My manager told me that I am not keen to work in work load. This down my morale during my internship. Action To deal with situation, I focuses on my weakness such as coming late to office & leaving early. Also, whenever additional work was given to me I deny top do that. So, to face this problem I focuses on my casual and professional behaviour. I started being punctual & started taking additional work. Outcome- Outcome of this action was that I was being chosen as intern of month & got appraised by manager as well as employment offer.
