will be relevant for the potential customer. The new manufacturer has the big contracts with
the other suppliers in the market therefore it implies that we have to make one large order in
every 3 month instead of ordering monthly.
Therefore because of this you must have to make the order in the 3 month so that you will
receive the services at a time. I know that you always proceed to make order in a month but
you must have to adapt the changes. You are requested to lodge your order on the basis of
quarterly so there will be no ambiguity. Also you are requested to note this in your reminder
so that you will not forget to order advance in 3 month.
