It will alsofocus on allocating business environment effectively using appropriate analytical approach. Thisstudy will include PESTLE analysis and Porter's five force model in order to analyse thebusiness environment effectively.Hapag-Lloyd is a German based transportation company which was founded in the year1970. This company focuses on Marine Transportation, container shipping and cruise liner.MAIN BODYCompany introductionLloyd is the company in a coffee shop in 1688 in the city of London and was pioneer ininsurance and has grown over 330 years. The company has the unique and colourful past fromthe early days in Edward Lloyd's coffee shop. Lloyd's coffee house became recognised as theplace for obtaining marine insurance. In 1691, the marine underwriters moved to Lombard Streetcloser to the heart of city.Lloyd is a Havells company and it covers a niche market in India. It is known for itsimpeccable quality, standards along with unmatched product. It has over 3 million customers andmore are increasing because of its constantly innovative and smarter solutions. It covers theportfolio of new-age air conditioners, LED TV and washing machine. This company focuses on Marine Transportation, container shipping and cruise liner.Hapag-Lloyd mainly deals in dry cargo, automotive, retail, chemicals, plastic and rubberfoodstuffs, textiles, metals, furniture electronics, etc. Hapag-Lloyd provide services across theglobe(Wang, and et.al., 2016).
