enterprise is a medium sized firm as there is 70 employees and it deal in Apparel and Fashion
industry. Topics that are described in this document are instance of companies and how its
function ad plan of actions influenced, interior and exterior drivers of change that influence
guidance and phases with the help of the establishment can reduce unenthusiastic impact,
Different leadership approaches will also define that enable in handling the complexities in better
form.
