of economic. Thus, there are various negative impact of legalisation of cannabis such as it is
useful medicine under strictly controlled circumstance but smoking too can adversely impact on
health of people. Cannabis are harmful for brain, lungs and heart and may cause mental
problems such as depression and schizophrenia (Serné, 2017). It is highly addictive and stopping
intake of cannabis impact on withdrawal symptoms and creates feeling of anxiety and irritability.
Thus, if cannabis will become legal than more people of UK especially younger generation will
get addicted to such things. Legalising cannabis would not reduce drug gang as there maim
motivate is to earn large number of profit by increase more addicted users. At last it can be stated
that use of such soft drugs force individual to take hard drugs and as per expert weed influence
user to intake serious substance abuse (Hall, 2017.). At the same time it had been noticed that
youngster that take cannabis are 60 times more likely addicted to other drug than people that

have never intake cannabis. Therefore cannabis legalisation is affected by various factors that
need to be considered by government while taking appropriate decision (Ingram and Pearson,
2019).

From the above report it can be concluded that cannabis need to be legalised in order to reduce
illegal trade and various associated crime for effective operation of economic. It should also be
legalised as it provide various benefit for health so can be used in medicine to cure people. Ta
