Assignment on Cardiovascular Disease_1
1CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASEThe International experts have reported that the role of the genetics plays a majorimportance in the cardiovascular diseases. The molecular basis of the ischemic heart diseases, hypertension and thrombosis, the mapping of the genetic approaches to the inherited form of thedisorders are also to be noted (Estruch et al., 2013). The biological forms of the targeted agentsare also of utmost importance for the hypertension and the failure of the heart. The health is maintained through the process of the integration of the numerous form of thecomplex form of the homeostatic process of physiology to operate at a tissue, organ and thecellular level. These forms of processes depends heavily upon the production of the operation ofthe appropriate and the correct amount of the functional form of proteins and the enzymes thatare being encoded by the genes (Zordoky, Robertson & Dyck, 2015). The diseases such as thecoronary heart diseases generally results from the failure of the adequate form of the homeostasiswithin the physiological form of the system. This may also occur due to the failure in the genetic levels, for instance, the transmissionof the genes or due to the exposure to the basic environment or even due to the imbalances thatmay occur between the two aspects. It is rare that the coronary heart diseases results from thesingle form of mutation in the process of single mutation in the single form of the majorhomeostatic gene those includes the regulation of the lipoprotein form of synthesis (Matsuda &Shimomura, 2014). Moreover, it has been observed that the Coronary heart diseases have a verymodest form of input from the minor form of mutations in various discrete genes for modulatingthe risk factors.
