Introduction
This Main purpose of this report to evaluate and exploring the new ways or opportunities to find
out the job related to skill and requirement. As per the academic skills and interest area the job
which identified is related to provide marketing profession work on the full time basis, at the
starting level the position including market analyst for a company , marketing executive and
marketing assistant or associates for a company who indulge in the marketing profession .
The required key skill in this concerned work required to support, implement and developing of
the like collection of date pertinent to market,the administration task as regard to the field as well
as analysis of data of marketing. After some time attaining the enough experience there are many
field in which I can thinking of my career for better and efficient growth, In addition to, the job
related to brand Manager, field like PR manager and market research analyst. It is also an
implied fact that the recruiting of the marketing candidate is much depend on the changing
technology factor and the rising of different marketing condition. The knowledge of the social
media, marketing tool and good command over the computer are the main technological factors
which decide the selection of the candidate (Mackay, et al., 2016). It is also stated that the
marketing personnel is not limited to the offline marketing but also widen its scope in the online
marketing professionalism the online marketing is considered to be the best way to reach out to
the young customer . The market analyst is also using the technology to enlarge the scope of
marketing. The employer or recruiter basically looks 5 personal skills which include the skill
related to team working, analytical skill of the candidate as well as creativity skills. The skill
related to Information technology and communication skills while observing someone for the
required marketing jobs. These are the pre requisite for a candidate before entering into the
marketing field. If the desired candidate is lack with the knowledge related with the sale and
development than he can’t be the first choice for the required job and would definitely rejected
for the job related to marketing field. (Moote & Archer, 2018).
Personal Analysis
This analysis is basically related to the comparison of the qualities and strength which I
possessed and the required qualities for the above mentioned jobs. This analysis also reflects
upon the strength due to which I feel be the right candidate for this Job.

Skill, Knowledge and Experience
The Students employability is adversely affected by the soft skill, the tactics related to problem
solving, the experiences related to past, functional skills and the reputation earned in the
academic years. In addition to, the skill required for the marketing profile including
communication skills, the skill related to adaptation according to the situation and analytical skill
as well as self-confidence. The knowledge of marketing tools as well as the good understanding
of marketing channels and the understanding of different types of marketing .I have good
knowledge regarding the customer relationship and well versed with the handling of taking risk
which is much required for the market professions and negotiation skills, at the entry level the
desired candidate must be graduate in marketing or must have the any certification related to
marketing. Apart from this I have good team working skills, creativity skills and very good
communication skills. The recruiter also considered any internship experience of candidate.

Weakness
1. The job is basically related to the exact marketing profession and I have no pervious
exact experience for the same, so there is a negative point regarding the essential required
for the job. So this job will be de novo experience for me.
2. Less knowledge regarding the changing trends of the clients and the market, developing
technologies and the internationalization are the main development that affecting the
employment of the graduate in the marketing field.
3. There is no clear roadmap for the concerned job because I have only focuses on the
benefits in the concerned job but not focusing on the possible negative consequences
Current Strength
1. I have good experience with regards to the organizing daily with the good management
skill and this will surely going to help me to grow in mentioned job.
2. Work as a self-starter, good organizational skills and punctual with regard to the
assigned task and outstanding negotiating skills.
3. All competences achieved in work relate to the construction and logistics sectors.

4. Good computer operating skills and skilled in the online marketing business. It will aid
me to learn about designing and applying the diverse digital marketing campaigns and
actions related to promotions
5. Entrepreneurship experience by introducing NLGF Limited to the UK construction
Industry. Initially helping the fixers in construction work with the daily task and
promoted them after 8 month, so there is a basic knowledge of training skills.
6. Co- partner in a small construction company which mainly involve in building new
homes. Extension of house, Refurbishment, Painting, plastering, paving, and related
activities to the construction works. The direct dealing with the clients and the skill
related to price negotiating.
Areas needs to be focus
1. I think there is need to be more focused towards the improvement in the vocational skills
and be more efficient towards the skill related to marketing professionals.
2. The other area which I feel need to be improve the skill relate to the coordination with the
concerned authorities of the company like the stakeholder of the company.
Career Action Plan
Career plan is the process of pointing out of the career goals and objective and to find out the
possible ways to achieve the career goals, analyzing of the various difficulties and best way to
come out from the same. These possible ways can be revised and saved in an ongoing process of
achieving the objective. So career action plan is very much necessary for achieving the goal
objective in the time bound manner and, with efficiency.
Plans Related To Personal Growth
The set target needs to be dividing in weekly or monthly task which surely provides you the
confidence for improving and help me to trace my progress. The main plans are basically related
to the physical and professional growth. So the area of improvement need to be surrounded with
the above mentioned object .The monthly evaluation of the physical body and the need to look
on the area of improvement. The other target related to the professional growth which can be
achieved by the way of punctuality in the assigned work and quality need to be maintained in the

work. Professional growth also includes the improvement in the standard of life which definitely
shows in personality development.
Plans Related To the Specific Growth
The plans in this category based on the finding of the 4 things. The first thing to find the answer
the question of “why” because of the fact that It doesn’t matter what you do , but it really matters
why you do it .The second thing is to find the “what” which means the decision over the target ,
the choosing of target . In this SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic and time
bound) is the best way to choose the goal (Reid, et al., 2016). The third thing is to work on the
word “How” which means the path of achieving the target and the last but not the least is the
power of one” which means to eliminate the all other distraction and focusing on the one goal
because it easy to focus on the specific target rather than the general target(Finch, et. al., 2013) .
In the specific growth I want to be more focused towards to develop the intellectual ability and in
future I want to be a successful business in related to the marketing .So therefore I want to gain
a lot of experience with regard to the marketing profession .
For the fulfillment of the desired target I need to focus on the Google analytics as well as the
SEO marketing activities uses in different marketing business. In addition to, the skills including
logical as well as the analytical thinking, IT skills and the communication skills which I find is
related to my personal skills

Conclusion
The personal analysis of the current skills and experience gives you the insight regarding the
area which you need to be focused in future. It helps you to decide your future goals and to work
according to your interest. It also fixed the priorities of a person with the regard to the future
activity and connects the future with the present. The use of the career action plan helpful to
analyze about the required resources and plan to do thing according in time bound manner.
