Moreover, developing a career plan will help in achieving a better career and the person will have sorted planning for the career. The career plan will help in the correct decision-making for the career. As mentioned in the CW1, the report is based on understanding the career action plan in the field of digital marketing. This report is based on the self-analysis that will help in the development of career planning as well as choosing the right job (Chaffey and Chadwick 2019). The report is based on planning a career action plan based on the analysis of the report of CW1 as well as it is a self-reflection that will help in a better understanding of the job, which will help in increasing the skills. Discussion Personal analysis In career development, there is a requirement for the development of skills and knowledge. Apart from the development of skills and knowledge development, there is also an important responsibility that will help in the understanding of my lacking(Chaffey and Smith 2017). In applying for the post of Digital marketer, several skills that act in improving the working in the organization. I should have intense knowledge about the latest trends that will help in the development of the organization (Ryan 2016). Various organizations have been developed in the past few decades that deals with digital marketing. I should have adequate as well as enough knowledge to provide the organizations with materials and strategies that will help in the rise of the organization. For establishing or implementation ideas and strategies, there is a requirement of developing good communication skills for attracting customers that will help in the marketing development of the organization (Kannan 2017). However, as I have been a student of business management, I lack in the use of technology. I lack in the use of various technologies that are required for the development of the business. Technology plays an importantrole in the development of the business(Kumar, Rajan, Venkatesan and Lecinski 2019). Hence, I have decided to take training for the development of my technical knowledge. Developing networks for expansion of the business is also a factor in digital marketing (Tumbas, Berente and Brocke 2017). There is a requirement to develop a strong network that helps in the expansion of the business. As I have several friends and relatives, to whom I can refer the products as well as the service that is connected with the organization. An increase in the network help in the development of the fame and sale of the organization. The increase in the network will help in reaching more people (Baltes 2015). As I have good communication skills, I can easily reach people about the organization and about the product or the service that will help in the rise of the revenue of the organization. In the execution of a planned business, there are necessary skills that a marketer needs to develop (Ryan 2016). I must have a piece of good knowledge about the market and people who are interested in the product and the service. While handling the marketing of an organization there will be several challenges to be faced by the marketer (Chaffey and Smith

I need to develop my understanding and knowledge about handling technology. I should engage myself in a course wherein I will have the opportunity to learn about the technology that will help in the development of digital marketing. Apart from that, there are many things such as I must grasp the positioning and targeting of the organization for an increase in the revenue of the business. To develop my skills, there is a career action planed below, which will help me in achieving a successful career. Career action plan To develop a career action plan there are few things that I have to keep in mind that help me in the development of a better career action plan. For an effective career action plan, I have followed a few of the basic frameworks, SMART. SMART stands for S for Specific, M for Measurable, A for Achievable, R for Relevant, and T for Time-bound (Järvinen and Karjaluoto 2015). I have developed a plan respective of SMART wherein I will develop the skills in a limited time with specific development. For making the career plan I have identified the career option that is Digital market as I find is appropriate for me. I have analyzed the required skills that will help in the development as a Digital marketer. I have prioritized the skills where I lack in and hence, have created a plan that will meet my necessity. I have even developed the plan comparing the skills that are more important for me in this career and have focused to provide required time on those particular skills. Some factors have an impact on the skills, which can help in the development as well as in the depletion of the skills (Taiminen and Karjaluoto 2015). Hence, I have kept a keen eye on the factors that can affect my career. Identification of the goals and specifying them is important for a batter career plan. I have included certain criteria for determination of the progress that I can achieve and accomplish. I have developed a plan wherein there is a high chance of development and succession.
