INTRODUCTION In today's to have the growth in the career there are the plenty of opportunities which are available in the market . The career opportunities can be explained as where the many opportunities are available and taking those opportunities in order to accomplish the set goals and target in the particular period of a time(Joiner., 2022).The finance sector is involving the numerous technology and advance version has came and they are important and essential for showing the growth. This report tells us about the career opportunities and the main strength of finance as my major subject is the finance. The strength and the areas where I lack moreover the knowledge and skills are needed for growing in the finance sector. Main Body SKILLS REQUIRED To have the growth in this field there are the certain skills which are required for accomplishing and acquiring the targets and increasing the performance significantly . Their are the few skills which are my strength and I have the insight and knowledge about the particular skills and the areas. Strength Analytical thinking:I have this skill which will help me in achieving and accomplishing the goals and the desires as I have the ability and the capacity to collect the information and do the proper research and analyse the data as having this kill it assisted in solving the problem and helped me in making the decision according to it . In this I have analysed and examined the large amount of data and their volumes and the pattern was also identified(Verace., 2020).Due to this analysation of data and critically examining it as in growing economy the data will be popular and the technical and quant will be in high demand . The analytical skill in finance has assisted me in solving the huge data and the solution were made easily. This skill has the crucial importance in finance. Communication skill :This skill is about the communication and sharing the ideas and thought to the stakeholders. The structural and proper flow of the communication is needed to master(Roy., 2020) .As the finance manger is highly need this skill as they has to communicate with the stakeholders. My communication skill has helped and benefited
multiple times . I can have the conversation with the individual fluently and express my thoughts to the other person without facing the struggle and problem . By having the knowledge and fluency in speaking I was able to explain and tell the other individual effectively and explaining the trends , significant data and the forecasts. In the finance the communication skill has the importance in accomplishing and achieving the targets goals and objectives which the organisation has set and this skilled made the things easier and explaining the ideas without facing the trouble or the barrier . As the pandemic hit the work was remotely so I was able to explain the task to my team and communicate with my manger with the ease without going through any battle in mind in regards to the communication . Weaknesses Decision making skill:this is the skill in which I am not great as it tasks s lot of time in making the decision related to any circumstance or the occurrence which occur . I lack one this major skill of decision making as the decision need to be oriented towards achieving the success or the first step towards accomplishing the goal and the objectives sometimes coming into the conclusion and coming with the efficient decision which is effectual and efficient takes a lot of time(Halonen., 2018).Due to time constraint and even the few points are not kept in mind makes the simpler task difficult . Technology :I face the problem of technology as the new advance technology are coming and I don't have the insight and deep knowledge about the technology which will help in finance and in my career whereas the knowing the beginner friendly which doses not cater my growth and will not increase my skill and will not provide any other knowledge . As the tradition accounting work is getting replaced by the excel in order to achieve the desired goals it is important to have the excel skills and the other formulation which is essentially required(Savickas., 2020) .

It will allow me to use the abilities and capabilities in the future . I will gain the significant amount and enough of the knowledge of finance apart from the my strength area it will also improve my other weaken areas and will also learn lot about the management and team building and new things. My areas where I am strong will be boosted and the knowledge will be used in full action and potentially(Ronkainen., 2018).The skills where I lacked will be improved and the action plan will be undertaken . Conclusion From the above report it can be summarised that the skills are essential important and plays the vital role in the career growth and availing the opportunities. As the finance is evolving and have the enough opportunities and going to be in the future as well . The finance is the emerging tend and going into this filed will help me in achieve my targets and goals which I have set and the weaker areas where I lack will be worked(Janssen., 2021). I will learn many new things and as with the digitalisation the digital technologies are being used and it has been incorporated in the finance field it will help me to improve my performance and I will gain new other skills which will be beneficial in future and the task will becomesmoother and easier and target goals will be accomplished with the base without facing any sort of the problem . The finance manger position will give the in hand practice of the skills and will build my team building skills as well as I will incorporate the leadership skill(Wlodarsky., 2021).
