This report provides personal analysis and action plan for improving skills and abilities to achieve success in the future career as a pharmacy manager. It includes strengths, weaknesses, and potential barriers for developing self-control, competence, time management, planning and problem-solving, and finance skills. INTRODUCTION
The career view point and the action pan mainly helps in addressing the improvement
areas for developing the lacking skills and abilities as for achieving success in the future
career. The job opportunity identified as the pharmacy management position as the
profession. Grabbing the career profession as an opportunity in the pharmacy , the manger
position in this is mainly related to oversee all the tasks as by reading all the details of the
prescription , advising all the patients and clients for safe storage of all the medicines and
aids in managing the employees and the medicines inventory. This report provides details
about my personal analysis which helps in defining the strengths, weakness which helps in
identifying the areas of improvements. Further designing the action plan for improving the
lacking areas and skills need for grasping the career position in the pharmacy management
position.

The Good communication skills help me in
handling all the complex activities as by
motivating the patients for achieving better

With the lack of self-control and competency
in operating the pharmacy systems aids in
hindering and making better relation with the
patient while treating for achieving quality of
living. Aldo operating with the systems aids
in managing all the work with using the
software at computer.
With lack of time management and
organising skills hinders in managing all the
requirements and completing the work on
time by servicing the patient with all the
medicines.
With lack of planning skills hinders in
forming plans of sales with various trends by
recording the stock of medicines and affect in
contracting with various pharma companies.

with assortment rotation and for handling the
relations with retailers. Also dealing with the
zero stock of products help me in handling

With good analytical skills and multitasking
support me in better treating the stock. Also
the ability to multitask aids in performing
more than one task at a time as of serving
patient, restocking medicines, updating
records.
With the lack of finance skills hinders in
planning the effective budgets as for stocking
and maintaining the number of investors in
order to maintain the optimum level of stock
for serving and treating the patient with
providing best services.
Further more , with the above strengths and weakness states that developing career in
the pharmacy is the best option. as with the increasing the level of disease and the role of
developing and serving the medicines is been increased with the times (Ali., 2022). Grasping
the position of the pharmacy management is increased at various platform including at the
chemists, consultant, and various others. As by choosing this profession helps me in making
the loving of various individual better with providing quality of life by treating their diseases
(Jin and et.al., 2018). The main role as of the pharmacy manger is for handling all the sales
and the medicines by ordering and collecting the delivery. further addressing all the
consumers complaints and taking best practices as for storing the drugs. Also advising all the
consumers for taking the medicine dosage and its benefits with explain side effects of extra
medications. Thus, with the above strength helps in developing the career in the position of
the pharmacy management but improvising the lacking areas prove in providing the best
position in the pharmacy for working with the big companies.

From the above report it can be concluded that career opportunity in the pharmacy
profession helps in improving quality of living of various individual by treating the disease of
various individual for providing better living. As this industry is constantly growing with the
times results in helping and providing best career option in life. With defining my strengths
and weakness helps in identifying the areas of improvements for working as at the position of
pharmaceutical management. Further With designing the action plan helps in grasping the
better career option in the filed of pharmacy by improving the lacking areas.
