INTRODUCTION
For the personal growth and career development, people learn a lot about various
personal academics and also professional skills for the purpose to strengthen their self
improvement, knowledge and capabilities improvement. In addition to that, I have learned
various skills during my academics for the purpose to become a effective and efficient learner.
With the right academic skills, it supports in becoming more professional which will help in
getting high pay and good employment. With the help of right type of skills, I have learned a lot
of things during my academics which will support me in enhancing my skills. In this report, it
comprises of my personal strength, opportunities, weakness or threats with the help of personal
analysis. In addition to that, I will explain the skills or career action plan which I need to improve
for the purpose to develop my career. In addition to that, I will explain the career action plan or

In reference to the personal analysis, it basically helps me in identification of the
weakness, strengths, threats and opportunities which could result in impacting the career
development. In addition to that, I have also carried out my SWOT analysis which will support
me in grabbing more opportunities and also improving my weakness (Cheung and et. al., 2022).
Strengths
In reference to my strengths, I am very good
when it me comes to working with the team, as
it supports in improving my interpersonal skill
and also offers various opportunities for the
team members. With the help of team working
skill, it will support me in understanding the

providing collaboration which will support in

In reference to weakness, I am not good at
managing my time in a effective and also
completing my tasks in a effective and timely
way during the time period or schedule. In
addition to that, I am always late and not on
time for the purpose to complete my tasks

comes to leadership skills as these are
