INTRODUCTION
Career action plan and self reflection both helps individual in analysing their strengths
along with identification of weaknesses to overcome it. The stated activity aid individual or
student by making them determine and build their goals all together with describing necessary
steps that would be required to pursue those objectives. Likewise, self reflection help oneself in
examining their strengths and weaknesses. In the following given project report we will have a
deep insight on personal analysis needed before going in any organization, career action plan
which will include knowledge, skills and experience. Along with this we also look into the
preparation of CV to apply for graduate level position.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
Skill includes the qualities that reflect one's capability of performing tasks for any job
profile either a person is in his way to acquire it or currently working with any. Therefore, in
general I possess with few abilities like having good knowledge of financial amendments that
takes place within a year and which is important to have command on it as they help with
making changes in financial records. This trait becomes very important for organization during
formulating monetary related statements that are providing clear and efficacious information
about the funds with its utilization to their stakeholders (Alsharqawi and Younes, 2020). Along this
benefit, they also help in knowing business entities financial position which will further aid to
get more funds by investors along with other monetary institutions on the basis of stated report
prepared. So, amending sections related to finance and making changes in them accordingly is
must for the person and every entity requires such workforce who acquires good knowledge
about studying an amendment.
Moreover, along this I also featured with a skill of prioritizing work effectively and
efficiently according to its significance collectively with timeline of completing the work they
include. Subsequently, this trait also helps in emphasize on a work where organization is flooded
by lots of tasks and projects which makes important for finance manager to prioritize their work
as they have obligation in allocating funds of the company (Torres Delgado and Hernández-Gress,
2021). Therefore, if decision maker need to apportion money with most effective & efficient
manner it will require manager firstly, prioritize their tasks and then allocating them to very

essential projects needed for accomplishment before tenure. So, this trait will help me with
survival in any organization without giving any negative impact on my growth and development.
Altogether with above quoted qualities one more strength i.e., detail oriented I am
having good command on, that I always remain stick to and around the data which is facts
focused. This trait will help me in determining, dealing and drafting information regarding
financial statements accurately with necessary material facts that are required. Moreover, this
quality is also important for finance manager in company as they have to maintain accuracy
when dealing with numbers and focuses on various financial facet of the entity. Detailed oriented
nature helps manager by completing daily business operations and acquiring accurate knowledge
regarding monetary aspects like overall expenditure with daily gross sales of company easily.
Another most important trait that will also be required by person is team work and
subsequently, I personally feel that I am acquired with this trait. During working for any
organization human resource individually must posses by such quality and specially, finance
manager should have it as proper coordination & teamwork leads to completion of work timely
with effectualness. Therefore, all this attributes I posses will act like a backbone to my strengths
before and after applying for any finance nature jobs during future period.
As we all know no one is perfect, all acquires with both positive and negative traits,
likewise I am too absorbed with weaknesses such as mathematical proficiency i.e., regarding
mathematical calculations and accounting operations. I found difficulty during determining
figures along with preparation of budgets, financial statements which is necessary for entity to
prepare it as daily activities are based on it (Mohammadi., Saeidi and Ahangari, 2020). In any
organization finance manager needs competency with mathematical calculations and accounting
operations because they are the backbone structure for controlling functions of company
regarding finance. This is one of a trait that I need to focus as they are becoming hurdle on my
overall personal development along with organizational goal.
Along with this flaw I also find trouble in recording and maintaining financial nature
information like transactions made in balance sheet, income statement, etc. which is important
to be prepared with certain way format prescribes. Moreover, proper recording and formatting
becomes must for the organization as they have to publish their financial statements with
necessary documents in public (Meressa, 2020). Further, this information is also used by
stakeholders and prospective investors for doing study along with making crucial decisions

regarding investment in their company. Therefore, this is a must have quality to be present in
finance manager and other persons who are planning for applying job and it is one of my
weaknesses that put negative impact on my growth and development as an employee.
Hence, by adapting personal analysis it helped me in identifying my traits along with job
profile I should choose during future period that will be matched from all the attributes inherited.
Further, with this analysis it has also helped me by getting investigation done of my quoted
abstract thought regarding weaknesses that I need to overcome for performing both current and
future tasks of job well.
Career action plan
The stated plan is for individuals which are usually used by students to identify their
career goals and objectives with describing necessary steps required during pursuing those goals.
Moreover, they are changing documents that are updated regularly because as time passes the
career goals of individuals changes like in case of students, their educational aim and objectives
relating to occupation changes (Rubens and et.al, 2018). Though, the quoted plan are owned and
managed by people intended with career development learning.

CONCLUSION
From the stated report it has been articulated that before applying for job person must do
a personal analysis of himself by identifying their strengths like team work, Prioritizing task, etc.
Further, it will help with identifying areas in which person is lacking behind like mathematical
proficiency, recording of data, etc. This technique has also aided me through analysing my

various strengths and aid to overcome my weaknesses that can act as a hurdle during growth
prospect in the future. Moreover, stated report also guided me with making career action plan by
preparing short and long term goals according to an opportunity identified along with draft of
CV.
