INTRODUCTION
Career action plan is a strategic plan which is related to development of career
opportunities for the student to get success in life (Gao, 2021). It is compulsory for a disciplined
and sincere student to develop effective career plan for achievement of milestones in life
(Hanasono, 2021). Most of the successful students in their life develop career action plan with
the help of seniors and friends. In the recent times the importance of career action plan has been
increased in universities and in many institutions. In this report a detailed career action plan
about Human resource management activities and job responsibilities of junior HR executive. In
this report a detailed curriculum vitae is prepared along the LinkedIn profile for the development
of career opportunities. Human resource management is considered as backbone of an
organisation which is responsible for managing different people in a company.

compulsory for a person to develop a professional career plan which is effective in developing a
career opportunity. I am also extrovert as I mingle up with people in my life very quickly which
makes me a good social person. I am having ethics in my life which helps me to perform
practices in personal and professional life for developing integrity in life. I am passionate and
enthusiastic in my career related life and I have also developed a perfect strategy which is
beneficial for me to gain career growth. I also have knowledge about different subjects of
management which will help me to circulate good knowledge about a subject matter. I am also
social with various people in my social life and I am neutral and effectively judgemental in my
career life. In my academic life I follow various instructions that are given by teachers and
professors with proper discipline. It is also essential for a person to develop effective reasoning
skills in order to lead the academic life. I also understand that it is important for a person to
follow instructions that are given by teachers to effectively gain knowledge. In my academic life
it is important for me to learn routine management in order to effectively manage various tasks.
The candidate in life should obey parents according to me to get loyal and faithful in life.
According to me it is important for me to develop communication skills in order to convince

In the career related life it is important for a person to develop career action plan in order
to gain competency edge related to career life. Most the times career action plan contains specific
and professional skills which are effective in developing career and growth opportunities for the
life (Hartung, 2018). I consider that a candidate must be honest while designing and preparing
career action plan in order to develop ethical career related plan. Most of the times a candidate
do not focus on developing effective skills which is bad for career related life. According to me a
person should develop a career action plan in a specific time period for the growth of an
individual. It is the major responsibility of a person to develop career action plan in a short span
of time for career growth.
