1.INTRODUCTION Focusing on career viewpoint is extremely essential for a student as it enable them in learning regarding various occupations which suit well their respective experience and competencies and also fit perfectly to student’s career preferences like skills, values and interest(McLaughlin, and Fearon, 2022).Hence, it is believed that the students should prepare for their ability or skills enhancement and overall the career development so that they can the wise decision as ineffective decision can put their career at a stake. Main aim of this report is to highlight career choice which I will make being a student. This choice which will be examined is based on transportation industry. This report will include a personal analysis on the basis of which a career action plan will be prepared. 2.PERSONAL ANALYSIS It is most significant part of the job hunting practices. Without knowing who are you, what you career value and what your strengths are, nobody not able to present themselves effectively to recruiters. In CW1 course, I had pointed a lot of the information on Transportation industry and what kind of knowledge, expertise and skills needs to work in respective industry. In transportation industry interpersonal skills are always high ob professional agenda and abilities or qualities which are especially significant are energy, drive, enthusiasm, analytical ability, perceptiveness, adoptability and resilience(Omotayo, Kulatunga, and Awuzie, 2022).Now, based on the CW1 I will explain or discuss regarding my own present aptitude, experience and knowledge. Discussion on my personal skill In this, after completing the given assignment, I have identified certain significant skill that I possess. At first, what I have determined is that I have a good communication skill by which I can effectively communicate with the people. Secondly significant skill that I have identified is that I have a good knowledge about information technology which is very essential in Transportation industry. 2
Discussion on my personal experience and knowledge Knowledge and experience that I gained from the CW1 is that to have good skill in Transportation industry, it is essential to have both the adoptability and communication skill. The thing that I develop in me after my graduation is that I have experience an excellent exposure in the Transportation industry and my knowledge and understanding in this filed has become more strong. By this, now I can work in this field easily. Transport management is mainstream management career in which a person will face full range of the management challenges. Individual with right skill set are keen to make difference, is likely to be in a great demand within transport industry(Samuel and Moagi, 2022). Strength and areas of the development Here I will explain about the strength that will be helpful from in transpiration industry to work efficiently. And I will also discuss about those area in which i need to improve and make some effort to win over these lacking area.
