representative and reflective enough of the communities that the servant as well as the programs

that all the development network and cultural intelligence tool kits work for are enhancement of
cultural diversity and bring out the best within the diversified structure of the work force coming

Therefore involving the developmental network and cultural intelligence toolkit would
make sure that every person within an organisation would contribute equally to the decisions that
have been made within the organisation. Cultural difference can only be perceived as strength
rather than a weakness within the organisation. Therefore as far as my personal discretion is
concerned, I believe that the cultural intelligence toolkits and the development network make
sure that every person involved within an organisation contribute equally as per their cultural are

enhances the way in which a problem is looked at.
c) My personal brand statement
With the development of all the activities that I have so far addressed, I would like to
share my personal brand statement as follows:
“My personal organisation would enhance the utilisation of latest technologies and

of the cultural diversity for the betterment of decision making within the organisation.”
and linguistic backgrounds of diversified languages who would be unable to contribute to the
well-being of every community through the volunteerism or for real perceived barriers. I believe
that all the development network and cultural intelligence tool kits work for are enhancement of
cultural diversity and bring out the best within the diversified structure of the work force coming
from various linguistic and cultural backgrounds. It reframes the Code as a tool to increase the
accessibility and inclusiveness of Volunteer Programs, and it will lead to diverse and stronger
organizations that are responsive to newcomers, in particular, and the community at large. The
guide provides basic strategies for organizations at the beginning stages of better engaging,
integrating and reflecting the diversity of their communities.
Therefore involving the developmental network and cultural intelligence toolkit would
make sure that every person within an organisation would contribute equally to the decisions that
have been made within the organisation. Cultural difference can only be perceived as strength
rather than a weakness within the organisation. Therefore as far as my personal discretion is
concerned, I believe that the cultural intelligence toolkits and the development network make
sure that every person involved within an organisation contribute equally as per their cultural are
bringing and linguistic differences to reach a point within the decision making process that
enhances the way in which a problem is looked at.

I would not foresee the fact of cultural diversity and very personality of people within the
organisation as a disadvantage in reaching a decision. rather I would encourage these people
coming from various different backgrounds to make a unified decision based on all the factors of
enhancement of the decision that are taken within the organisation utilising the least amount of
resources. The different mindsets of people would not make problems within the organisation but
in a positive way it would make sure that a simple problem is viewed from different perspectives
altogether. I would make sure that the people having various personalities and personality traits
would view one problem from various perspectives and provide their insights for the problem
based on that particular perspective. They should ensure what the other person has not been able
to see within the problem. Therefore it can clearly be said that my personal organisation would
be eligible enough to utilise the cultural difference and very personality as a strength within the
organisation rather becoming an obstacle in the decision making process.

reflection that a person has on their own career to make sure the exact level of expertise that they
have to reach for the particular job. After this is achieved they would make sure to enhance their
skills through the attainable goals. It is not necessary that the person would reach a goal that is
extremely impossible to achieve, but it would be a nearer goal that would be somewhat attainable

enhancement that a person is making on their own development will skills should not be for such
a long time that it does not meet the requirement of the job. Mostly all the enhancement that a
person can make is ideally within 2 to 3 months after setting a goal.
b) Reflection of Job application
I believe that job application of a person should be based on 5 basic factors. These are
networking, getting temporary work, social show of skills, sending interest letters and searching
for job postings. Building up network that is strong and sizeable with group of friends, associates
of professionals can make it effective about hunting a job at the starting point in which it is lead

may be possible that you can get a recommendation on a referral to any company for the job if
you can perform well in the temporary work you do. The internet and social media tools can also
be utilised for having a new platform of personal branding and job searching. if Facebook can be

c) Reflection on (mock) interview
A mock interview helps in practicing the interview which is a simulation of an actual job
interview. It can help you with the opportunity of practicing in interview as well as receiver
feedback for the same. I am also noticed that a typical mock interview for a practice job
interview that is conducted through a career counsellor with professional expertise can make sure
that a person is able to answer difficult questions that is often not witnessed in the real interviews
as well as developed strategies to appear for the interview and improve the communication skills
as well as reduce the level of stress before actually appearing for a job interview. For this a
person can also perform a semi structured interview format while appearing for a mock interview
