INTRODUCION
Personal development is consider as activities or procedure that will help an individual in
improving their various factors such as skills, knowledge, capabilities and many more. By
enhancing these factors a person able to conduct their work in effective manner and gain
appropriate employment opportunities (Zepeda, 2013). On the other hand professional
development is consider as process in which skills and knowledge will increase by attaining
professional activities like conference, training sessions and many more. Both the factors is
essential for an individual as well as it will also provide effective employment opportunities
which improve their leaving standard and societal status. For this it is essential for individual to
identify their strength and weaknesses so that they can grab their opportunities and make their
life effective. Along with this it will also help them avoiding threat which a person can face
while conduct their work. For self analysis a person can adopt several methods or theories such
as SWOT analysis, Belbin theory and many more. Along with this topics included in this report
are key skills which are required by academic professional and skills required for readiness of
employment. This assignment will also explain about understanding of personal strength by
adopting SWOT analysis as well as Belbin theory. It will also include personal development
plan which help me in conducting development in effective manner so that I can establish
effective future in medical industry.
THE SHORT AND LONG TERM VISION
My long-term goals are excellent reasons and opportunities. They help me to see in the
future in a few years and to realize that my goal is in the future and now. The first which is very
important to me is the time spent with my family and my loved ones, I want to always not feel
my lack and know that I support them and I am almost in any situation, I want all of us to be
healthy and to have part of a quiet and happy life. The second big goal for me is to get back to
work after finishing maternity leave and to be with those who need a good word and not only.
Short-term goals are the ones you meet every day and which I consider to be a daily routine. To
follow my university course and to get my professional diploma, and even if I know it's a long-
term goal, I intend to go back to health and social care. I worked as a nurse, it was my passion,
but now, to some extent, I changed my plans and I want to do something else in the same sector,
but something else.

POTENTIAL ROLE AND THEIR SUITABILITY
In the industry of healthcare, it is very important to have academic skills because through
it students will gain more confidence and will help them to develop their key skills which are
required for both academic and the practical in hospital. Leaders call these abilities in different
ways, but they are usually divided into eight categories, from which some major of them are
given below:
Comunication - For working effectively at workplace proper communication skills is
very necessary becuase through it I can effectively understand other's view point as well
as it will also help me to convey my messages to other's imprevelly .
Problem solving - It is one of the esential skill which is required by me while I am
working in medical industry because through it I can easily understand as well as solve
problems of my patients and staffs members.
Learning – Through proper learning skill I can learn as well as acquire new things which
help help me in my future and conducting my work effectively.
Self management - Through this skill I can effectively manage my work and accomplish
it in effective manner at peoper time duration which is given. By this skill I can also learn
as well as enhance my knowledge and ability.
Technology - In today's time it is necessary to have technological skills because now all
things are conducted through online and computer. So by having respective skill I can use
computer effectively and conduct work impressively.
Planing and organising - It is essential to have effective planning and organising skills
becuase by this I can handle my patients effectivly and plan things accordingly. Through
respective skill I can also effectively handle each and every situation by developing
strategies respectively.
Initiative and enterprise - It is essential to have respective skills while working in an
organization becuase through this skill i can impress my senior which leads to promotion
and benefits (Bridges and Macklin, 2018). Thorugh this I can also encourage others to
conduct work in effective manner for attaining goal.
Team working - It is essential for me to have team working skills if I want to work in
medical industry becuase at respective sector there are various situation will occur where
I have to work with other members at that time my team working skills will used.
